Ed Moore
Pastor
Ed Moore has been the pastor of North Shore Baptist Church since 1992. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Columbia Biblical Seminary. For over twenty years he has led short term missions’ teams to the Island of Jamaica. He and his wife, Anna, have four children and live in Bayside, NY.

Peter Nicotra
Pastor
Peter Nicotra has been the associate pastor of North Shore Baptist Church since 2002. Prior to going into the ministry, Peter worked for more than twenty years in the advertising industry. Peter’s primary responsibility is pastoring the Grace Baptist Church in Richmond Hill Queens which is one of our church plants. He and his wife, Claudia, have one daughter and live in Whitestone, NY. |

Steve Schultz
Elder
Steve Schultz has been an elder at North Shore Baptist Church since 2002. He is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio and has served on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ. He also has a masters in secondary education from Liberty University and a post-master certification in school building leadership from Queens College. He is currently a middle school math teacher in Flushing. He and his wife, Genie, have three children and live in New Hyde Park, NY. |

Michael Minott
Elder
Michael Minott became an elder at North Shore Baptist Church in 2007. Michael is a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Economics. Michael has led several short-term mission trips to the Dominican Republic. Additionally, he is a member of the Great Commission Team. He and his family live in Brooklyn, NY and despite going to church in Queens, he is still an avid Yankee fan. |

Michael Neglia
Elder
Michael Neglia has been an elder at North Shore Baptist Church since 2007. He is a graduate of Queens College with a Master’s degree in Music Education. He has served with North Shore's Music Ministry since 1999 and is a member of the Great Commission Team. He is a public school music teacher in Brentwood, Long Island. Michael and his wife, Heidi, live in Great Neck. |

Noel Reid
Elder
Noel Reid has been an elder of NSBC since 2008. He serves primarily at our church plant in Richmond Hill. Noel owns and operates TNT auto sales in the Bronx. He and his wife Brenda have one son and live in City Island, NY. |

Caleb Bunch
Youth Director
Caleb Bunch has been serving at North Shore Baptist Church as youth director since September of 2008. He studied at Saints Bible Institute in northern Italy. Although a native of Kansas, he has spent time as a missionary on four continents. He and his wife Ashley live in Bayside. |
